Yoga & Breathwork teacher
Sarah Marten has been teaching yoga classes in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin Yang Practice for 10 years at Studio Britford. She has trained with various teachers including Anna Forrest and Shiva Rea and has 200-hour and 500-hour Quantum Yoga Alliance Certification. The focus of her practice is to show students how to become more embodied; the asanas help drop us into ourselves, stilling the mind and bringing both our mental and physical state into balance. This way the body opens and moves more readily. Sarah is also a Breathworker and Sound Therapist. Sarah’s Vinyasa Flow yoga has an emphasis on alignment and core stability. Her restorative classes are combined with sound therapy and are a unique opportunity to de-stress and regain both mental and physical harmony and balance.

Pilates Instructor
Sara has used her infectious humour and fun attitude to teach exercise for 35 years. A small disc bulge after the birth of her second child led Sara to reconsider her approach as a personal trainer which was a “keep going” and “push harder” mentality. After lots of research, Sara selected a high-quality course and studied for four years to become a comprehensively trained Pilates Foundation teacher. Now, 22 years on she is so glad she made the change. Sara loves running Fitness Design Ltd, her machine and mat Pilates studio in Salisbury, and guest training at special events and retreats.

Moving her body has always been a major part of Rose’s life, second to being in the great outdoors. Rose is a fresh-air fangirl, and a strong believer of the health benefits and rejuvenating qualities of movement among nature. Therefore, opening a green, climate-friendly studio that glorifies and supports all things wild was a dream of hers for many years.
Rose has practiced yoga around the world and has over 700hr YTT with experience in guiding 121, groups, workshops, events, retreats and trainings. Rose’s classes focus on breathing, conscious movement and alignments, where modifications and adjustments are supported by her knowledge and background in soft tissue therapy, biomechanics, injury prevention/rehabilitation and aromatherapy. Practices offer heartfelt instruction, challenging sequences, intelligent alignment, zen philosophy, a playful open atmosphere and an empowering experience.

Nicole is passionate about all things health and wellness and is on a mission to help the world become a healthier and happier place. She is a qualified health coach and retreat chef having completed the IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) qualification in 2016 and Bettina’s Kitchen Retreat Chef Academy in 2019. Nicole is the founder of Bernie’s Bakehouse, an artisan sourdough micro bakery and healthy home delivery food business that also caters for lunch and dinner parties. Her love for creating delicious, nutritious food prompted her to help others learn through her sourdough workshops, cooking classes, online cook-alongs and in-home consultations. Nicole also works closely with Bettina Campolucci-Bordi (plant-based chef and cookbook author) on communications, recipe writing, photography and film shoots, retreats, courses, podcast editing, and has been part of the Bettina’s Kitchen team since 2020.

Jolie is a practising counsellor with a empathic person centered approach which includes; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, EFT & Matrix Reprinting, Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra Meditation. Jolie has also been a birth doula for over 15 years, supporting women and families through this transition. In recent years, Jolie has facilitated retreats for an international women’s sexuality and intimacy healing coach, and for a birth and parenting coach. Jolie’s approach can help women with confidence, intimacy and relationships, and with their identity at different stages of their lives. Acutonics practitioner and teacher
Joanie was drawn to gongs and the transformative power of sound years ago at a healing conference in San Francisco. Joanie is a Certified Acutonics® Practitioner working with humans and horses, and a Licensed Acutonics® Teacher bringing the certification to the UK and Europe. Acutonics is an integrative modality using planetary frequencies on acupuncture points and in the field. She studied Equine Structural Integration and is also a Reiki Master and an acupuncturist (CertAcHAC). Other certification studies include Transformative Medicine, and most recently, Autonomic Response Testing (ART) with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt at the Klinghardt Institute. All of this work reaches for the clearer understanding and most ebullient expression of our life force.
