CORPORATE OFFSITES & EXECUTIVE OR CLIENT RETREATS
Henge Estate has been designed for elegant corporate offsites and executive retreats. It is made available for exclusive use of the entire property.
The Manor House and Annexe have five to 11 bedrooms combined depending on the number required and the preferred configuration.
If bedrooms cannot be shared, five to 11 guests can have their own bedroom and bathroom. If sharing rooms is an option, up to 19 guests can sleep in their own individual beds (separating zip-and-link twin beds). The entire property can sleep up to 24 people, if sharing bedrooms and some beds.
All quoted pricing includes VAT, so if your company is registered for VAT, you will be able to deduct 20% from the quoted price you see in our booking engine, and also on any partner websites where Henge Estate is listed. Please let us know if you need a VAT invoice.
Facilities for corporate groups and wellness retreats include:
- Dining room or drawing room presentation space, which can be set up for 5 to 24 people
- 5 further breakout rooms on the ground and basement floors
- WiFi throughout the house
- Projector and screen
- 43” TV screens for projection with Cat 6 connections
- Private bathrooms for each bedroom
- Printer, scanner and paper
- In-room spa treatments (subject to availability)
- Private chef for some or all meals (subject to availability)
The large lawns, courts and woods allow for games and activities on site including:
- Walled garden
- Woodland path
- Above-ground swimming pool (April to September)
- Tennis court with balls and racquets
- Board and card games
- Two large football goals and balls
- Cricket set with balls and two bats
- Croquet set with clubs (adults and children)
- Outdoor Jenga
- Mini golf
- ¾ Snooker table (snooker and pool balls and cues)
Guests can enjoy bespoke activities with highly recommended local experts, subject to availability:
- Laser Claybird Shooting
- Cocktail making classes
- Team building with sheep
- Several team building games by a professional external provider
- Beekeeping (hives in the Henge Estate orchard)
- Wine Tasting (local wines, cheeses and produce at Henge Estate)
- Fly fishing (nearby rivers and lakes)
