The Annexe

The Annexe is a cosy, one-bedroom, self-contained apartment at the back of the Manor House, and enjoys the quiet privacy of Henge Estate. The entire Annexe was recently renovated, and has a full kitchen, a delightful bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath, sitting room and bedroom.

The Annexe is the ideal base for couples or individuals to explore Wiltshire and the surrounding counties.

The Annexe has its own entrance and driveway, so can be rented separately to the Manor House. There are no shared areas and landscaping divides guests. Extra sound insulation was put in the ceiling of The Annexe where it sits below two Manor House bedrooms.

The Annexe can be rented together with the Manor House to make a 10th or 11th bedroom (sleeping up to 20-24 people). It is a 10 second walk from door to door, so close enough to be part of the action, but far enough away to feel completely separate too.

The Annexe has on-site parking directly outside. EV charging in the garage can be arranged.

A path through the woods circumnavigates the estate and can be used by all guests, including the Annexe and the Manor House.

A maximum of one of the following can be set up in the sitting room on request, but would ideally be put away during the day to make space:

• A travel cot
• A toddler bed
• A fold out guest bed
