Jess’s love for yoga came from a desire to meet new people after moving abroad. Initially it was about meeting people and staying fit, but she soon discovered that Yoga had a lot more meaning and was drawn deeper into the magic of breath work, meditation and asana. Jess has trained and taught for many years and built up her own practice in Wiltshire. Jess is passionate about holding space to teach and pass on knowledge of practices that support every body – a chance to tune into your own inner frequency as you discovery practices that support you both on and off your mat.
