Sara has used her infectious humour and fun attitude to teach exercise for 35 years. A small disc bulge after the birth of her second child led Sara to reconsider her approach as a personal trainer which was a “keep going” and “push harder” mentality. After lots of research, Sara selected a high-quality course and studied for four years to become a comprehensively trained Pilates Foundation teacher. Now, 22 years on she is so glad she made the change. Sara loves running Fitness Design Ltd, her machine and mat Pilates studio in Salisbury, and guest training at special events and retreats.
